Edited to reduced Elf pop penalty and change/clarify the war rules.

Edited because I left a sentence hanging regarding the lack of need to elevate to induce war.

I am coding these up and will put on the arena shortly, without finalising.

Consider adding a +1 mana per tick to an elf advisor or DE advisor to mine faery stealth bonus

I played dwarf champ last age as attacker. Maybe your experience was different than mine. I wasn't in a full kd and we didnt war. I just kept getting suicided on, and every time I retaled, I'd get hit 5x by other kingdoms. So, maybe it can be resistant to chain, but I experienced slow attacks (compared to undeads with qf), huge troop losses, and not stellar opa/dpa numbers even at 75% draft. Necessity of running 7.5% farms and 20% gs limits ability to create huge offensive numbers.

So sorry if someone has a different experience or opinion than you 'lols' Not every single player on the server was in a full kd, some of us were just bottomfeeder bait. Lord forbit anyone have a differing opinion. And, in my experience, dwarf wasn't that strong. Not compared to numbers that an undead, de or faery could pump out. Maybe given a war situation and multiple dwarves in the kingdom it would be much stronger, but in my case it was just smashed repeatedly minimum 4x a day.

To guest, if you are not warring, then you should play other game, not this game.
This is a game of war. So the changes must be adapted to the situation the kingdom's need in war.
What is the purpose of playing this game, without war? Sim city?
And FYI, there are personalities which can be use to reduce causality. Champion, druid. Dont tell me that you dont know about that. And if you able to pump 300% food science, that mean you are not being gang-bang enough.

Can we have cooler names for each race troops?

For example, Elf elite can be called Sylvan Huntress, rather than Elf Lord (an honour title).

Okay, Edited again.

In the main for:

Freak Wanderer change retracted
Surrender retracted.
Min war time decreased.
Pool size will increase to the acres lost in war, if the pool is currently smaller than that.
retracted propaganda bonus for Sage Professor
Elf receives -5% Building Efficiency, penalty for population remains at -5%
Capitulate to stay but changed.

Arena is being updated with changes as they are coded.
