if elves and DE are directly reciprocal
then elves elites should be 7/4

but if the point this age is to nerf the elf elites then 7/3 or totally nerf them at 6/2 as well as DE 2/6
and fully buff UD for 9/5 or 8/6... hope you get the sarcasm

Elves were already 6/4 this age, (that 'was 6/5 is a copy/paste from mast age's changes) (DE IS changing though).

Edited for fixes, pathfinder gains offensive bonus. Added the option to cancel a force war if the forcer grows 10% networth during the timer period.

- Do not allow people to hide their history. Too much BS in this game already. If people had to show their identity from the start it would eliminate a lot of crap.
- Get rid of the Defiance/Ops change. Defiance is already exploited WAY too much. I can already see people setting up multi kds who always have ops and repeatedly cast explosions or storms on someone after they hit to run up their defiance
- Need to grow the player base (obviously)
- Force war needs to be fixed. Last age a kd exploited it (brilliantly i must say) but basically grew big - pumped massive science....dropped like crazy - then forced war on a bunch of kds and spanked em with WAY more sci.

Force war is starting to look like american tax code. Seriously just eliminate it, none of these changes are going to stop the abuse of force war mechanics.

Cancel War: If the forcing kingdom grows 10% or more kingdom networth then the targetted kingdom has the option to cancel the war counter

this does stop most of them. Same as now sci NW change will help this stuff, use hidden books and you are over 10%.

available books already count towards networth - edited again to remove some more errors (basically some changes already in last age but it could read like they were new)

"Cancel War: If the forcing kingdom grows 10% or more kingdom networth then the targetted kingdom has the option to cancel the war counter."

I think it would be better to be able to cancel war if the forcing kingdom dropped 10% or more in networth in the last 24-48h in order to declare war. Imo it is more important how much the forcer drops in networth than how much it rises afterwards.
If it matters more how much the forcer rises networth afterwards, the forcing kindom can rise about 8-9% networth and the forced kingdom has no choice but to have the war. If it matters more how much the kingdom drops in networth, the forced wars will be declared only by the kingdoms that have similar networth to the forced kd, no bigger than 10% before dropping it.

"Capitulate: During the first 24 hours of a timer, a kingdom can refuse the war. When the timer expires they will lose the war automatically and the declarling kingdom will gain the win."

If a kingdom refuses war in the first 24 hours of a timer i think the win/lose should be allocated after the first 24 hours of the timer and not later on.

yes but this way it does not prevent kingdoms that are being attacked from declaring wars, generally adding 10% networth during a counter seems to suggest the forcing kingdom razed acres to get in range, which is not a popular move/

Capitulate waits until end of counter to give time for the kingdom/s to rebuild, reallocate science during the rebuild period

If a kingdom capitulates there won't be a jub period of 48h for both kingdoms? If there is a jub period after a kingdom capitulates i don't see the point of having more time into rebuild while jub is way better.
