why make it so confusing?

just change it to the opposite way: kd X hit kd Y, upon meter reach 500, kd X get to bring in ops against kd Y instead of the old way, this way it makes more kd wants to attack more and encourage more wars, once both side have hits and ops bring in, both can declare war. Straight forward and simple and you can make use of aggressive stance more. Of course these have to be only valid to KD which is 95% of the same NW size. If you hit kd which is 95% below, that kd can force CF immediately.

If the KD that have the same NW range does not want to war, they can set to fortified stance where add an advantage to all spells and gains against the kd that is fortified are 75% less/effective. Or force CF after a certain time. Remove the rebuilding stance.

There should a be lock in for forced wars taking into consideration the changes proposed for this age. Running from a forced war considering the forced kd will at least have same or higher NW then the one that forces and also having the possibility to pick the time of war start is not ok.
If there is no lock in, the forced wars can be just avoided by kds that want to stay in the charts by abusing the posibility of avoiding wars with similar kds in strength and this is not fairplay.

If someone waves a kd then forces another kd to war, the waved kd can wave back since the rebuild needs 12 hours to be efficient so I don't see how the force war option can be abused the other way around.

Sitting is helpfull, imo it should be the same like it was last age.

ie = ("no defensive combat deaths when being ambushed")

Did the supplicant lost the "no offensive combat deaths when ambushing" ability?
Is this intentional or accidental?

can you change it so provs in protection are not counted in the force war part?

we got force warred last age the tick a 12th joined our kd and timer was 36 hrs

so for 3/4 of the war we were a man down plus the other guy that was also in protection when challenge was sent, although he came oop b4 war started

to be able to potentially challenge a kd with provs in protection isnt overly fair

another problem that seems to exist is this, every time we had a countdown timer for a war last age, we were attacked by multiple other KDs in the last 24 hours of the countdown timer thereby seriously weakening us for the upcoming war. once the countdown timer is enacted, it should be same as at war, nop

"Apparently this is popular, but its still hard on the kingdoms being declared. Forced Kingdom can pick the hour war occurs via politics page (monarchs/co-monarchs), at least 36 hours ahead."

Admin, can you explain what this means?

Does the kingdom that was forced have a limit on when they can start the war? If war is defaulted to 45 hours, does this mean the forced kingdom has until 36 hours before the default time to set the date to whatever they want?
